Terms & Conditions
All rates Exclude local 10% GCT, 10% Gratuities and $1 GART EXCEPT Seaweed which includes 10% GCT but exclude Gratuities (10% recommended). Rates are room only per night based on double occupancy PER ROOM (2 bedrooms based on 4 people, 3 bedrooms based on 6 people etc). All rates quoted in USD dollars. All One (1) bedrooms are based on double occupancy. All Two (2) bedrooms are based on 4 people. The Three (3) bedrooms are based on 6 people. All Four (4) bedrooms are based on 8 people
Cancellation
Villa - Reservations can be cancelled with a full refund up to sixty days (60) days prior to arrival. Full deposit will be forfeited for reservation cancelled less than sixty (60) days.
Cottage - Reservations can be cancelled with a full refund up to forty - five (45) days prior to arrival EXCEPT for Christmas & New Years (December 20- January 7) which must be cancelled more than sixty- (60) in advance of arrival. In the event that Guest cancels a reservation later than is specified in this paragraph, Guest shall be responsible for paying for the full rate plus any applicable taxes for any reservation.
NON-Refundable
- • Villa - Less than 60 days prior to arrival or No show: No Refund and payment is also forfeited
- • Cottage - 30 or Fewer Days Prior To Arrival, or No Shows: NO Refund, and Final Payment (balance of stay) is also Forfeited.
- • Please be aware that early departure will result in penalty of the remainder of nights.
- • Changes can be made to the reservation 30 days prior to arrival.
- • Please be advised that requests are not guaranteed.
Minimum Night Stay
Villa - 7 nights over Christmas and New Years, 3 nights over Summer and Winter which can only be made 14 days prior to arrival and 2 nights over Summer.
Cottage - 5 nights over Christmas and New Years, 3 nights over Winter and 2 nights over Summer *One-night bookings can only be made 10 days prior to arrival
