Monday

  • 6AM – 7:15AM SUNRISE YOGA : An hour & 15 mins of intermediate Hatha flow. Start your day with connecting to your Prana (breath) and various yoga postures (Asanas)
  • 5:30PM – 6:45 BRAND NEW BEGINNERS : A great way to tap into infinite inner peace while learning the basic flow of yoga and correct alignment. Basic intro level.
  • 9AM – 10:15AM WAKE-UP YOGA : Set the tone for the day with this mixed level Vinyasa flow. All levels are welcome.
  • 5PM – 6PM VINYASA YOGA : All levels.This class is a physically challenging, strength- building Vinyasa yoga class. Expert instructor will guide students through a unique sequence of yoga postures (Asanas) linked together by breath. Appropriate for those looking to cultivate cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, clear the mind, and invigorate the body in a non-threatening environment. Be prepared to sweat !

  • 5:30PM – 6:45PM INTERMEDIATE FLOW : Expand your practice as we build on intro to very basic inversions, deeper variations of shapes and playful transitions and a keen focus on breath.

  • 9AM – 10:15AM WAKE-UP YOGA : Set the tone for the day with this mixed level Vinyasa flow. All levels are welcome.
  • 5PM – 6PM Vinyasa (All levels) : A physically challenging, strength- building Vinyasa yoga class. Expert instruct will guide students through a unique sequence of yoga postures (Asanas) linked together by breath. Appropriate for those looking to cultivate cardiovascular endurance and flexibility clear the mind, and invigorate the body in a non-threatening environment. Be prepared to sweat !

  • FRIDAY 5:15PM – 6:30PM RESTORATIVE YIN YOGA : Just as the name describes, you start to feel relaxed and RESTORE Restorative yoga is a surrender into quiet, supported postures on bolsters and blankets. This class will travel deep into supported postures and pranayama(BREATH) techniques, gentle stretching, and meditation. Restorative yoga is a wonderful compliment to any level of practice. No experience in yoga is needed to join this class. This class is open to all who want to experience a healing and rejuvenating practice and is especially helpful for those suffering from chronic pain, fatigue or stress. Come and enjoy nurturing hands-on assists that move you towards a peaceful replenishment of body and spirit. You will start your weekend refreshed and renew.
